Puppy Yoga

Puppy Yoga at Perfectly Imperfect HYWK

This winter, come melt the blues with breath, movement, and the joyful energy of puppies. Both yoga and time with animals are shown to lower cortisol, the stress hormone, and boost serotonin, helping lift mood, calm the nervous system, and bring us back into the moment.

Our puppy partners are fully accounted for, so there is no pressure to adopt or commit to pet ownership. This is simply a cozy, playful space to connect with community, breath, and puppies while enjoying a gentle, feel good yoga experience.

Ages 9 and up welcome
Some mats available

Come ready to relax, laugh, and maybe get a little paw printed. Puppies are adorable but sometimes messy, so please dress extra comfy and in clothes you do not mind getting loved on.

Kim was great. The setting was very calm and relaxing and made everyone feel comfortable. I haven’t done Yoga in years and Kim’s instructions were great and made following along easy. Will definitely go back

Kim has such a warm, positive energy—just being around her makes you feel more grounded. She’s incredibly kind, passionate about what she does, and you can tell she brings a lot of knowledge and heart to her yoga practice.

Kim is very kind and patient. She has many suggestions to make the classes work for all abilities. I felt like I was walking taller after one class. Definitely recommend for new and experienced yogi’s.

After trying absolutely everything and suffering weeks of sever back pain, I finally decided to open my mind to some new techniques to help my overall body. I had plenty of doubts that it would work but after one visit at Perfectly Imperfect Hatha Yoga I definitely felt relief! However, to my surprise I felt better everywhere, physically and mentally.
