Gentle Chair Yoga

Welcome to Perfectly Imperfect's Gentle Chair Yoga Class, designed for individuals of all levels. This class offers a supportive environment where you can explore movement and mindfulness. With a focus on seated and modified poses, we aim to increase flexibility, strength, and relaxation. You'll experience improved circulation and a sense of calm throughout your body. Join us for a peaceful practice promoting overall well-being.

$60 for 6 sessions
$15 drop-ins

Perfectly Imperfect Yoga with Kim

A welcoming, beginner-friendly practice that moves beyond the poses into the present moment. Through gentle asana (postures) and pranayama (breath), students meet their body where it is, release distractions, and reconnect inward. Modifications are always offered — yoga is about kindness, awareness, and self-acceptance, not forcing shapes.

Unwind and de-stress with a guided relaxation session with Kim. These classes will focus on deep breathing and gentle stretches to help find peace and tranquility.

Relaxation yoga at Perfectly Imperfect Hatha Yoga with Kim is a wonderful experience! Kim is knowledgeable and prepared. She is mindful of any limitations that we have. She has a soothing voice when giving instructions and her positive thoughts. The classes are affordable. I feel relaxed and peaceful after a class, yet also toned and more flexible. It is very enjoyable and rewarding!

Kim was great. The setting was very calm and relaxing and made everyone feel comfortable. I haven’t done Yoga in years and Kim’s instructions were great and made following along easy. Will definitely go back

After trying absolutely everything and suffering weeks of sever back pain, I finally decided to open my mind to some new techniques to help my overall body. I had plenty of doubts that it would work but after one visit at Perfectly Imperfect Hatha Yoga I definitely felt relief! However, to my surprise I felt better everywhere, physically and mentally.
